the hotel is in a really good and safe area with many restaurants and shops. The room is quite spacious and comfortable, comfortable bed. Breakfast is good, each morning a different selection of local fruits and cold snacks. it was possible to leave the luggage in storage until the evening after check-out

The feel of the hotel was very luxurious. The staff were attentive. Great location. I ordered room service and the food came quickly and was delicious. I also appreciated the l'Occitane products and coffee in the room.

Great service and customer care from all the staff. We have stayed at this location several times and is always kept in top condition, everything looks like new.

The location of this hotel is superb. Within walking distance of restaurants, shops, park. There is a supermarket close by as well. The staff was extremely helpful and service impeccable They set up tours for us which were wonderful. The room was extremely comfortable and well equipped. Large bath area, robes and slippers included too. Evening turn down service came with tea and a biscuit. Very cozy and very clean. Breakfast (included in our rate) was wonderful a Buffet but you could also get eggs cooked to order.

Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. I arrived a little bit early and my room was already ready, the room is beautiful, the bed extremely comfortable with perfect sheets. Every single person from the staff was very warm and always willing to help. I love that Sofitel prepares your room at night and with some delicate details to make you comfortable. The best stay I could possibly have. Breakfast is the best in town.

Amazing stay on one of the best (i.e. safest) streets in Bogota. Very attentive staff, lovely atmophere and great breakfast. The room was cozy and had everything we needed. The hotel staff also helped us with airport transfers (they have their own driver) as well as custom tours, which was very welcome.

The hotel is extremely confortable, customer service is outstanding and the restaurant provides an excellent breakfast and a great lunch and dinner menu . We love the hotel most specially for the level of care and professionalism of each and every employee

Excellent hotel. Amazing breakfast, nice rooms, kind staff, great drivers, good location, some of the best food in Colombia. Even when we had to check out at 5am, the staff went above and beyond to send a great breakfast spread to our room.
